Grief Compass: by the Loss Project

A person who is looking lost stands on top of a compass.

We think the Loss Project is brilliant, which is why we’ve already shared a few of their ideas and resources! They know that experiences grief and loss are widespread but not everyone will feel the same emotions. If you or a neighbour is experiencing grief, the Loss Project have brought together loads of great resources on their website that can help.

The Grief Compass is a way to work through the grief and trauma felt as a result of loss; of a loved one, a friend, a pet, or even a lost job or opportunity. The resource is there to help you work at your own pace – by yourself or in a group – to process these feelings, ultimately aiming to aid positive transformation. The booklet, available via the link below, is waiting to help unlock some of this powerful potential.

If you haven’t already, please do check out the work of The Loss Project, who work tirelessly to offset the pain and hardship felt by so many as a result of loss anywhere in the community. A special thanks to co-founder Carly Attridge for helping us to access these resources.
